The governing body of the Suburban West REALTOR^® Association, the Board of Directors consists of twelve Directors. Ten Directors, including the Officers, are REALTOR^® Members of the Association elected by the membership. One Director is an Affiliate Member of the Association elected by the membership, and one appointed Director chosen by the 11 members elected Board of Directors to serve a two-year term. This position may be a REALTOR^® Member of the Association, an Affiliate Member of the Association, or a non-REALTOR^® Director from the general public, chosen because of their expertise pertaining to matters relating to the real estate industry. Directors are elected to serve for terms of two years. Terms for the Officers and Directors are limited to three two-year terms.
