The Association of REALTORS® School has affiliations with two online providers to give licensees access to education content that provides licensees the flexibility of learning at their own pace.
Standard Continuing Education
The school has partnered with Mbition Learn Real Estate to offer flexible online course options for licensees to complete their standard continuing education requirements from the convenience of their home or office. Mbition Learn Real Estate provides a wide range of topics and credits all of which are approved for 2020-2022 Pennsylvania Real Estate license renewal.

Designation
The Association of REALTORS® School has partnered with NAR’s REALTOR® University to offer online Designation courses so that students have greater access to high level courses to both earn a Designation and take their career to the next level. REALTOR® University offers a comprehensive selection of education courses required to earn Designations awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies and Councils.
NOTE: Not all online Designation courses have received continuing education approval from Pennsylvania. Consult the specific course page to identify whether a course offers PA Real Estate license renewal credit (or other state specific credits).
